The sand control synergist for oil production is a pre-synergist used in conjunction with the resin sand control agent for oil production. Its main function is to create favorable conditions for the firm adsorption of resin sand control agents in the formation. Sand control synergists can not only completely remove organic matter in loose sand particles in the formation, but also change the electronegativity of the particle surface. This enhances the affinity between the strong polar groups in the sand control agent molecules and the polar groups of the formation particles, and greatly improves the consolidation strength of the sand control agent.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The sand control synergist need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The sand control synergist should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The sand control synergist should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
