The demulsifier pre-dehydration agent for oil and gas gathering and transportation is hydrophilic and utilizes the theory of similar miscibility and synergistic effect. During the construction process, the pre-dehydration agent is used to absorb water molecules in the emulsion, reduce the oil-water interfacial tension, and accelerate the destruction of the elastic film formed by polar substances such as colloids and asphaltene at the oil-water interface, so as to increase the oil dehydration speed. In this way, the balance of the crude oil emulsion will be destroyed, and the oil and water in the produced fluid will be rapidly separated, causing the emulsified crude oil in the water to be demulsified. At the same time, it also has inverse demulsibility. During the phase transfer process of oil and water, the pre-dehydrating agent can cause tiny oil droplets to coalesce, merge, and float, gradually forming large oil droplets, leading to demulsification. Through the adhesive properties of the pre-dewatering agent, it flocculates and coalesces the crude oil and suspended matter in the sewage, wraps the solid particles in the water and makes them sink, and the adsorbed oil phase floats accordingly, thereby reducing the content of suspended matter in the sewage.
Storage and transportation conditions
1. The pre-dehydrating agent need to keep the container tightly sealed when storing.
2. The pre-dehydrating agent should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and should be kept away from heat and fire sources.
3.The pre-dehydrating agent should be protected from impact during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to mix with food for transportation.
