The water-based resin sand-fixing system is primarily developed for sand-producing reservoirs in thick strata,featuring an emulsion resin system with low viscosity,good fluidity,and a wide applicable temperature range (20-200°C).The strong polar groups in its molecules exhibit affinity for the polar groups of sand grains,enabling strong adhesion to the surface of the sand particles.During the curing process of the sand-fixing agent,supporting curing agents facilitate a rapid polymerization reaction,thereby bonding the sand grains together.
