Graphite powder has good chemical stability and can be used as a refractory material, primarily for the manufacture of graphite crucibles. In steelmaking, graphite is commonly used as a protective agent for steel ingots and for the linings of metallurgical furnaces. It can also be used as a conductive material, in the electrical industry for the production of electrodes, brushes, carbon rods, carbon tubes, and the anode of mercury positive current devices, graphite gaskets, telephone parts, and coatings for television cathode ray tubes. Additionally, it can serve as a wear-resistant lubricating material, and graphite is often used as a lubricant in the machinery industry.
1. Advantages of JS graphite powder binder:
1) Low addition amount: Adding 3-5% to the graphite powder, one ton of binder can produce about 30 tons of finished pellets.
2) Easy to use: This binder is in powder form and can be added directly to the graphite powder, mixed with water, and pressed into pellets.

1) Evenly mix the dry powder binder into the material according to the ratio; the amount of binder varies based on the material's particle size and specific surface area.
2) Wet the material by spraying an appropriate amount of water according to its humidity. Note to control humidity; if the material is too wet, it can easily lead to sticking to molds and reduced pellet formation rates.
3) Mix evenly in a roller mill, and then transfer it to the pellet press via a conveyor belt to press the pellets.
