Fluorspar is an important raw material in the steel industry. It has the ability to lower the melting point of refractory materials, promote the flow of slag, and facilitate the separation of slag and metal. During the smelting process, it helps with desulfurization and dephosphorization, enhances the workability and tensile strength of metals, and is widely used as a flux in steel smelting, ferroalloy production, iron making processes, and non-ferrous metal smelting. Additionally, in the chemical and petroleum industries, fluorspar is used to produce hydrofluoric acid, synthesize fluorocarbons, and serve as aerosol propellants, refrigerants, etc. Fluorspar is also used as a shading agent in the glass and ceramics industries and as a mineralizer in the cement industry.

Due to the intermediate hardness and brittleness of fluorite, it is prone to producing powder (less than 3 mm granule size) during the mining process. Furthermore, the finely ground concentrate obtained through flotation cannot be directly used for smelting, thus it is necessary to use agglomeration methods to ensure the physical and chemical requirements of the raw materials for smelting and to achieve the goal of fully utilizing fluorite resources.

1. Advantages of JS fluorite powder binder:

1) Low addition amount: Added to materials at about 1.5% ratio, 1 ton of binder can produce approximately 70 tons of finished pellets.

2) Convenient to use: This binder is a powdered solid that can be directly added to the materials. Depending on the moisture content, appropriate water can be added and mixed evenly before pressing into balls.

3) Excellent performance: One-time molding, no grade reduction, with a molding rate of over 95%. Wet balls dropped from a height of 1.5 meters do not scatter, and can be naturally dried or dried in a dryer. After drying, can withstand drops from 2 meters more than twice.

2. Usage method:

1) Evenly mix the dry powder binder into the materials according to the proportion.

2) Moisten the materials, spraying an appropriate amount of water based on the moisture condition. It is important to control the humidity. If the materials are too wet, it can easily lead to sticking to molds and lower balling rates.

3) Mix evenly in a roller mill, and then transfer via conveyor to a ball press for balling.

3. Examples of application sites:

4. Our advantages:

1) Equipped with a professional laboratory, capable of formulating the most cost-effective products for different materials

2) Prior to sale, we can send specialized technical service personnel for on-site experiments as deemed necessary.

3) High-quality after-sales service, where specialized technicians will be sent on-site to guide the usage after the product is sold.
