2. Instructions for use:
1) Evenly add the dry powder binder to the materials according to the ratio. The amount of binder added varies based on the particle size and specific surface area of the materials.
2) Wet the materials, spraying an appropriate amount of water depending on the moisture condition of the materials. It is important to control the humidity. If the materials are too wet, they may stick to the mold and reduce the pellet forming rate.
3) Mix evenly using a roller mill, then transfer to the pellet press via a conveyor belt to press the pellets.
